IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO MAKE REGISTRATIONS

• First of all, if you are not already registered on the platform from previous events, you must register at the link https://winsportsolution.com/.
  You can do so now; there’s no need to wait until registration day.

• IMPORTANT: Only one name per club will be accepted.
  Any duplicate registrations received from the same club will be deleted immediately, without notifying the club.

  Therefore, we recommend that only one person by club registers to avoid duplicate names.

  A Club is
  – one name
  – one address
  – one phone number
  – one contact person
  – …
  On registration day, click on the day(s) you wish to register and enter your gymnasts’ information for the corresponding competition.

• The information for both gymnasts and coaches/judges must be complete, including full names, dates of birth if requested, etc. Registrations that are not received with complete information will be rejected, and the order in which they were received will not be saved.

• You will not be asked for licenses at this time. We remind you that registrations must match the club name on the license. For example, if a child or children are licensed by Club Marusia, they cannot register as Escuela Marusia
• No payment is required at this time. We will notify you when payment is due.
• You can upload the music during registration, or wait and upload it later (we will notify you of the music submission deadline). While registration is open, you can log in as many times as you like to modify or change any gymnast or apparatus.
• Once registration closes, either because the deadline has passed or because the maximum number of participants has been reached, no modifications can be made, and you will need to contact us for any changes.
• In competitions with Galician regulations for groups, even if you see that the apparatuses match but the quantity doesn’t, don’t worry; it’s because the platform doesn’t allow us to specify.
